There have been a couple pictures of Alexander the ferret floating in. I am trying to get as many as I can as Alex is running out of steam.
I run a rescue. Alex came to us in a Tupperware tub a handful of years ago. After a little while we noticed his energy level was off, compared to other ferrets his age and condition. Blood work showed he had sugar issues. Thus started our life with a diabetic ferret. He ceased to be one of our adoptable animals and instead moved to 'hospice' care.
Alex has since then developed cataracts in both eyes, and had his lenses detach, and adrenal cancer. He also had mild growth removed from the tip of his tail,
